Add a touch of festivity to your celebrations with our savoury showstoppers specially created by Executive Chef Eric Cheam – the Roasted Australian Grass-Fed Rib Eye as well as the Asian-inspired Sheraton Towers Special Oven-Roasted Turkey which is infused with lemon grass and Indonesian sweet soy sauce, served with nasi goreng stuffing and sambal roasted potatoes. Other new savoury highlights include the Cherry-Glazed Semi Bone-In Christmas Ham, and Baked Salmon and Mushroom Duxelle En Croute.
